It does have the fundamentals to work as an alright fucked up story but not only are 7 chapters not enough to present the themes it sets in any meaningful way in the story but it also very obviously is just straight up meant to be torture porn and nothing else
Some of these speculative comments "calling out" people for calling this story shit are hilarious. Your rants are wholly speculative and as legitimate as anyone else who takes the story at "face value." The negative reaction to this story is because there's no substance to actually create a meaningful story. Just cuz u sprinkle some psychology in via low effort drama bait and unaddressed plot *hints*(not even plotlines or plot points LOL) in a story doesn't automatically make it meaningful or deep. If the author isn't going to go to any effort to make a compelling story then I'll read it as presented, which is a burn fetish abuse manga coasting on some subpar brother/not-brother drama.
