Your assumption is correct. For context, the MC ask the ML a hypothetical question if he somehow got involves in a situation where he made a mistake (as in having unprotected one night stand with someone) and accidentally get someone pregnant, what he would do about the baby. The ML who was already frustrated by hearing the word 'baby' because of his father temper tantrum at home, said that he would never made such a mistake, because he hate to add another 'useless' family member. Hearing this is what made MC ran away later on.

Ok i tried checking raws (with google so i didn't understand a lot ) and i think he is going to runaway.....i was really hoping that he would just talk
