not really it was said that uke is the son of his(father of ml) first love. not 'their' son plus it was mentioned that his parents died in accident. so yeah they aren't blood related or whatsoever. ₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎
The art was good but I don't know how to feel about this. It feels like it's incest although they aren't blood related, and the fact that the top was basically the parent of the bottom feels more terrible than just 15 years age gap
