Theres a reason why the mc cut ties from him( something about the ml spreading a rumor but then the latest ch the ml saod it wasnt him… its not really clear)

i don't think the ml liking mc was what really caused the fight, at least not the only reason, i think something bigger happened and mixed to that a big misunderstanding
