I mean I agree... but he did cross a boundary and publically out him knowing he was terrified of that as payback. So like that's the only thing he should apologise for... which even I kinda forgot in all of Jiho's shittiness... but everything else is all on Jiho and he should 100% be apologising first and begging for forgiveness...
True, that was a bad move. But what I don't like about Jiho is that he is selfish and shallow. He doesn't really like inwoo. He just thought he was handsome and thought "yay he likes me too I can change the rest of him and I will have my dream boyfriend." And then when he realised that inwoo is a real person with real problems he felt disappointed that inwoo (again blaming everyone but himself) didn't love him enough to change and accept whatever move jiho decided to do to "fix him". Sorry nothing can beat this shitiness. I never really hated a lead, I mean I don't even hate the top in jinx cause I'm hoping for a good redemption arc but I feel like jiho is just naturally trash and will keep acting innocent so I really dislike him inwoo deserves so much better.
Yeah... I'm not sure what the author is doing... there doesn't seem to be much growth or relationship building. Very frustrating. Like you said... still the ideas of "fix" them & "change" them... instead of actually growing to be a better partner.

jihoo's relationship with his family is not good , so he only had his gay friend to go to. inwo also did out him , are you guys forgetting that? And jihoo wants inwoo's relationship with his mother to get better , so that inwoo can overcome his trauma . Maybe he (jihoo) was being stupid by wanting to interfere in inwoo relationship with his mother , but you keep forgetting he only had good intentions
Jiho is down playing inwoo's problems. After the first serious fight, he ran away and got tempted to get with someone else. He wanted to "change" him instead of understanding him. Jiho is just shallow and want to fix things and make them perfect and easy instead of really understanding his partner and being there for him. Do you see inwoo trying to fix jiho and pushing him to come out ? To change him ? No. Inwoo did out him, and it was a bad move, but it was out of frustration, like "I understand what you fear the most so why don't you understand me ?" Kind of sentiment. Jiho seriously should focus on his partner more and less on himself.

Yup Jiho is way more of a piece of shit than inwoo could ever be. And I don't think he is the worst character ever if he realise his flaws but it feels like the author will just keep him like this and he will keep acting like the victim until the end. If not than that's good, if not I hope inwoo dumps him quick.
