YES! Them comforting each other in these times and the pain and guilt they feel over the deaths of Shigaraki and Toga would be the best cause I would be so disappointed if they really gloss over it Like it's the perfect moment to get in touch with the darker side of post-war trauma and how they can lean on each other and those who fought in the war.
Genuinely, THERE IS SO MUCH TO GO OVER THAT IT JUST CANT END LIKE THIS!! I'm sad that it's ending but honestly I'm it is too cause all good things come to an end. Tho I honestly hope that this isn't a confession scene cause it would make no sense to confess and plus, that would be a weird transition of "oh yes let's cry over people we couldn't save" to "i like you more than a friend". But oh well, whatever happens Hori just give my boy Izuku a break and happiness too.
