I think it's her third life? First, in the modern world and reincarnated to this world with Luca, then after Judith grew wicked and ended up dead, she regressed but somehow forgot that she regressed and only remember that she reincarnated instead?

So, she just forgot what happened after she almost got hit by the car, lived peacefully. Got the 2nd life. Got shot, now 3rd life! ╮(￣▽￣)╭ got it

If not the timeline then the storyline, I don't know... Why kill her? I don't know how the story will continue

I've read the spoilers from the novel. Basically Judith lived as a modern lady in her first life and died of old age. She then lives as Judith in her second life which is actually the life she thought was from a novel, key point she treated Luca badly in this lifetime. Her third life right now is due to Luca turning back time. She has fragments of her second life but thought of it as memories from reading a novel in her first life. She remembered Judith in the novel (when it actually was her in her second life) treating Luca bad and so she decided to be a nice aunt in this lifetime. The only plothole in the novel is we don't know how exactly she got some memories of her second life when supposely only Luca who turned back time suppose to remember (make sense cause the memories that Judith remember from her second life was somewhat narrated in Luca's POV). But I do hope they will fill up that plot in the manhwa.
