I'm not gonna lie I didn't think they were married, I was thinking he was a friend who is secretly in love with him. But now that it's an article about them actually being married. They must've had a fight before his accident or was heading to divorce which is probably why his husband is trying to cater to him. Like a redo to when they fell in love.
