For real. I'm very torn with how Sol is traeting Ian regarding that issue. Same soul or whatever, our personalities and goals and behaviours are all shaped by our experiences. Ian may share a core with Brian, but they are not the same and there's not enough acknowledgement of Ian's worth as a person by Sol. He doesn't see nor love Ian, he longs for Brian's rencarnation.
