Well, i imagine it's because he's always assumed he's hetero so he's only able to look at Subin in that way if he imagines he's a girl. It's still too early for me to say anything on how this might turn out.

Hyunwoo is starting to show an interest in Subin, though he's imagining him as a girl which is a little bit hetero, interesting. I had thought that there was NO chance for Hyunwoo to be Subin's seme-kun, but now theres like a 15% chance. I'm still very sure that they (subin and hyunwoo) didn't have sex that night.
