Same here. I prefer the old art too. Akihito has started to look cuddly and cute-like, if you get my drift. Asami has started to lose his sharp eyes and angular features that made him so irresistible. I still like them both because even if they've changed looks-wise, the author has done a lot to get where she's now.
Yeah ikr! The body shape don't change that much but the facial feature is, so it's pretty weird to see toned body with cutesy face? X'D
Haha i see that would be weird for some people. Once you really get into a story you start to associate the characters with features they've had the longest so in your mind those features become the identity of that character. When the features change, you face a crisis regarding that character because you loved the character with those certain features & now that character is still there in the story but at the same time they're not.
