His sickness is that he stops aging and growing so there wouldn't be scars or surgeries he was supposed to die naturally at 30 and I think it's reverse he's always taken care of other people

Well Highlander syndrome is a very rare condition with little information about it so it isn’t expected for there would be treatment for it plus mc himself is surprised to still be alive after everything so I’m sure treatments and vitamins are the least of his worry
If you bring real life condition then look at the korean peter pan, rn is 30 something yo in 10th yo body. He definitely said nothing wrong with him, nothing deadly just stopped aging. Thats why I find mc weird lol. Of course there’s case when someone died ( Ex that 20yo girl with 1yo body but she has other issues and only weight 16lb)
