The tattoo on Ai's tummy is written as「 希」, nozomu in japanese is written as 「望」, while the combination for these two kanji characters is pronounced as "Kibou", that's why Nozomu was embarrased and said this is "Ki" for Kibou which means "hope".
I assume Ai tattoed kibou = hope (which also have Nozomu's name) <3
