If it's a slice of life yaoi with minimal conflict...... it'll be a different story all together!!
And if we don't know their drama.... won't they become one-dimensional cardboard characters? A plot device that doesn't have character or life of their own? (W/c can make things boring depending on why u're reading the story)
Sry, I just find this sorts of comments kinda dangerous, 'cause most compelling stories need either a villain we can hate (and their drama to give them more life) or a villain we can sympathize with (like Zemo in Marvel)
It would be better if the parents aren't part of the story (●♡∀♡) don't wanna see their drama ಠ_ಠ
