Nah, I hate Mari no matter what. She could at least try to fit in with the family and warm them up to her, but she chose to torture and kill the only person that was ever nice to her, so she could take her place. She deserves whatever is coming her way.

I agree mostly but she did try but I also won't be pushing myself to make someone that looks at me like a bug to like me. I agree that her actions should have consequences but the way that they treated her for something she can't control is fucked up, it is stupid to take something that's not yours and make only person that care for you lifes miserable but I think in Mari eyes, it looked like she was showing off but don't get me wrong I absolutely dislike ehat she did, she hurt more than one person and ruined probably millions

How did she try tho? At least in the webtoon that wasn’t shown, one meeting and she decides “nah let’s get there through corpses”. And the bug thing, she still did tho? Just through brainwashing. If y don’t wanna do that then ignore the stuck up bastards and only focus on the sister that love u for get go no matter what. And yes, the way they treated her is fucked up, so why try to gain THEIR affection by destroying someone who genuinely cared about you? Don’t get me wrong, I hate whole family and idc if they were brainwashed. Clearly they were trash no matter what, I want a proper revenge against all of them.
She had bad childhood I get it, but villains usually were victims at some point. It’s a reason but not a justification for their actions and I don’t think they deserve a pity for it.
