Not everything has to have mind blowing plot. People can rate solely based on whether they’re entertained. I like this story because I like the relationship between the main characters.

Hun if you read the story, you’ll see how they INTERACT together while talking and developing their relationship. If you read the story, you would know their past hasn’t even been fully revealed yet. Why shit on a story you don’t even know much about or bother to read and then stupidly question why others like it. Anyways why reply back with a snarky comment in response to me saying I liked it. I have no clue what you’re saying, that last sentence made no sense at all. You asked a question, I answered it. But after I answered that I liked the story, you purposefully went out of your way to insult it. That’s why you had a snarky reply. The mc herself doesn’t even know what tf happened in her past and the ml also hasn’t shown to know either.

Snarky means mocking some in a sarcastic way. When choco said that they like the relationship between the characters you said: "what relationship? Those r*pe things at the beginning?"
No one like rape/abuse and rape/abuse can't be a relationship since the average person knows that your remark is sarcastic hence the snarky use and also you implied that the only "relationship" is one of rape which is an insult
Asked my original question to see if I should give the story another go since the rating is quite high. Since I only read the begining I asked a question: what kind of relationship was talked about to avoid being exposed to more scenes of abuse and violence like in the first chapter. But if you are determent to see it as a "snarky remark" there is nothing I can do to stop you.
Tbf I haven't read the story I just found this who debacle to see if the story was worth it. And at the end of day I get you the story doesn't seem that worth it and that even if you comment intention wasn't anything negative it did come off as "snarky" but who cares I was just giving my 2 cent all cool
Dropped this early on because of ....(here was the list of endless flaws), and got honestly shocked that it is still alive and has high rating.
Why? Seriously, why? There's zero reasons to like it....
