This has been eating away at me, so I don't mind getting spoiled on this one thing, could someone clarify who switched the cups and why?
My current guess is either Yvonne or Winters:
Yvonne, to make Penelope look like a villainess
Winters, because he thought, that Penelope wanted to poison Yvonne, and so he tried to protect her (Yvonne)
I need spoilers, but if it's Winters, I'll be pissed off (at Winters, not at the author ((ILY author)) )

'Yvonne' was planning to poison herself and frame , Penelope noticed that due to the neckless, Penelope mental state she wanted to die so decide to poising herself. too bad for her the system is such a bitch in the ass.

Yvonne is a kid soul when she was still alive (notice the word 'alive') she was possess by the 'goddess' (Laila). she uses her body to destroy and rule the world or something like that and is very sad Yvonne dead what a kind girl she was.
