That has to be one of my favorite chapters bc it reveals so much of Cheongdo's inner state that he himself doesn't seem aware of most of the time, and will help set up a big impact moment later on. However Cheongdo resists or tries to stop it, the team member that was with them in the past will still end up on the team haha~ But in addition to the threat of a mind reader, I feel like the longer the con, so to speak, the more chance a single slip-up would give him away. Maybe not so much them growing suspicious he's from the future, for example with the guy witnessing Cheongdo kicking the team, he could say something about it out loud or within earshot of the team and they may begin to wonder what Cheongdo knows to possibly cause him to do such a thing, and they may pick up on more stuff in the future. (Sorry if that was a lil unclear ) I believe the truth will come out sometime before the massacre by pressure of other characters!
Hehe the moment Cheongdo realized that they didn't have to get along in the first meeting to team up (≧∀≦) It's interesting how much Ian trusts Cheongdo, too! Although that's part of his personality, he rly grew friendly and attached to Cheongdo from the get-go, maybe we'll find out a particular reason later on?

Now that you bring it up, I'm curious how they get paid! I'm guessing the missions are ranked/paid out differently depending on the difficulty and risks, but also they are only assigned missions appropriate for their ranks so that means as level 6s there's a limit to how much money they make. But they also make SETRU out to be a military, maybe it's just me but I cannot imagine anything other than a basic salary unless they really make their way up (〜￣△￣)〜

I think it is pretty confirmed that Cheongdo and Hamad are related, and they get along pretty well! I was annoyed since I thought cult leader would say something about his mom but it turned out to be a lie (╬￣皿￣)凸 (Agreed about his eyes tho, that was my first reaction lol~) If Cheongdo can get clued in, following Hamad would be his best course~ And gotta say, Hamad and Cheongdo's mom sound like they'll be cute together (▰˘◡˘▰)
I mean they might've found their way there bc what Kyoju says in ch 113 about framing Ian and the team seems like what happened to them in the original timeline, maybe that's why they're known as violent ppl. At the same time, if there was an article, Cheongdo would've read it and I don't recall him saying he knew anything about the cult.
