I just finished reading it's current raw chapter 57.
So, Saein plans worked! He made Geom fall in love with him and broke him like the way he broked him. Though not literally the same as the way Geom did to Saein. But, I guess now that Geom probably have an Idea that Saein is pregnant, he might start chasing and begging him to heels.
Geom and Saein went on a vacation and so does saein do his plan. He left Geom sub-conscious and left him alone and starts driving far away from him.
I hope by running away he won't encounter shitty people. I've had enough with Geom, I don't need more
