I wasn't gonna get into real life science bc it's just an illegal manga site but here we go. Yes, intersex people exist. Not only are any type of intersex people incredibly rare, most intersex people have either ambiguous genetalia or fully-formed reproductive organs of one kind and a partially-formed reproducitve organs of another kind, generally rendering them redundant or nonfunctional. To have both fully functional penis, testes, and a functional uterus and ovaries, enough to get pregnant (which probably wouldn't be possible anyway through anal sex if we're going by real science but we'll put that aside), I couldn't actually find any medical studies on it when i went digging for this comment. So in this case, going by real science, Seowon would be SO rare he'd have been part of medical studies his entire life (if only simply to monitor his growth, not saying they'd experiment on him). He'd be one of a kind, literally.
So let's say since this is fiction, he's that exact type of intersex person that we don't really see IRL. Sure, that's definitely a possibility. In that case it's interesting that some elements of omegaverse are "coincidentally" present (like getting wet, and I swear I saw Aiden comment on Seowon's smell at least once but I'm too lazy to reread to confirm)
honestly I could excuse the "being so sad he is at higher risk of miscarrying" as not being omegaverse related bc stress can 100% cause a person to get so sick they miscarry, esp in someone like Seowon who is already unhealthy.
it's just fun to theorycraft either way, and note the similarities
It would be so wild if real people could get pregnant from their colon-uterus (or however this is supposed to work lol). Seowon could probably reproduce asexually since he seems to have functioning male sex organs as well as the ability to become pregnant and give birth. If intersex people like that existed, it would be huge for science and our understanding of human reproduction.

I feel like this is subtly omegaverse, you know? like it's "the first omega" and "the first alpha" or something like that (or it's just really really rare, more rare than in most omegaverse stories, doc even said "it's rare but does happen"), esp since iirc smells have come up a couple times. Omegaverse but they're not using the actual term.
so in that context if he didn't have Aiden's pheremones and he was pregnant, yea, by the general rules of most omegaverse worlds, he'd be really sick/in danger of miscarrying.
