looking for shoujo (josei?) manga where there's 2 twin girls and one guy.
so twin A likes the guy, but the guy and twin B are getting married, accident happened while twin A helps the guy choose present, the guy protected twin A, getting himself injured and blind.
the guy hated twin A.
twin B left the guy bcs he is blind.
twin A pretends to be B while helping the guy lives until he finds some eye donor, then twin A left.
