they did get married but later on got a divorce and the crusty guy told mc that if she paid of his debt they would remarry. we haven’t seen why they got divorced yet though maybe that’s why.
they did not divorce, I think what they mean by remarry is that they will have a proper wedding? like with a wedding gown, church and etc.

They say it in one of the earlier chapters, they were married via civil court, happy, he decided to pursue his apprenticeship, he needed money (reason unknown) so he borrowed money from loan sharks in her name, they were physically harassed to pay, they divorced to split the loan, and once that debt was paid they were supposed to remarry.

So .. basically he's her ex husband and he's treating her like his wife and demanding and living married couples life .. but at the same time he's cheating and acting like he hates her and like his fucked up life is because of her.. and still making her believe he will he with her and they will remarry.. and she's actually buying it !

What the fuck. Split the loan? R they san. It's common knowledge to not bother with loan sharks. And their r several ways one can borrow money by writing a agreement (I think that's not legal) and it's so much better than loan shark. Y didn't she question him of not discussing it with her before making such a big decision. Okey he did take the loan under her name but still spit the loan???. And him not even working to pay it off. He is such a big red flag who would have blamed fl for it if he had been called out.
Not sure but one day he just came home and told her and she just accepted and said I'll figure it out. I think there was a scene in the recent episodes where they are breaking things in her house and she still has some trama from it...
