I mean not really?? It’s pretty obvious that he’s doing a ton of hobbies that don’t suit him at all and it’s really not a big leap in logic to assume that there’s a reason he does so many different things? And I’m pretty sure ml doesn’t actually know the reason yet he just figures that there is one. For all ml knows he’s doing a ton of different things because he’s bored all the time and is desperately trying to find something interesting to do, or maybe to do so much that there’s no time to think about the past or smth like that? That’s just my interpretation though

are you fr rn ? like even as one of the characters, it is very possible to realise that mc is not into the things he’s doing. have you ever observed someone so much that you know a lot of thing about them ? this is what’s happening with ml. he clearly pays attention to mc & that caused him to be aware of certain things. like how mc seems to struggle with people & dungeons. even mc realised this as ml kept doing things he wanted without mc having to say directly. maybe you’re not an observant person, hence why you are confused as to why ml seems to know sm.

true, even his assumptions weren't correct at first; circumstances just went along and along showing him things one would normally scoff on IF YOU'RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION but he IS paying attention all throughout plus the records just lining up for him to connect the dots
it's easy to follow even if you're looking at it from his eyes, but then, like what ive said earlier, the manhwa wasnt even half of what the novel had explained so it's not anybody's shortcoming but the script for the manhwa itself
The way ML found that there is a hidden reason for his hobbies is just bullshit and makes no sense, he's detective conan or what lol, no one would have found that, it's just a convenient way for the author to talk about it
