Monkey explain:
Big monsters go boom boom on earth
Ppl who manifest power to boom boom monsters are “Espers” more power = higher letter grade
Use too much power = danger
Ppl who manifest power to heal espers are “guides”
Guides touch espers to help control power
The better the healing the higher the grade

It's a bl concept
Espers are basically typical shounen heroes who fight in dungeons. But do we ever get to see them fight? Not really. Why? Because they aren’t the main characters here!
Apparently if espers overuse their powers, they go beserk and blow themselves and their city up or something else dramatic. So they need to be “guided” by someone who can take in all that energy. These special people are guides. Guides are usually ranked, like S-class, A-class, etc. Our main character is almost always a Guide.
Guides and espers have to have good compatibility for guiding to work. Different universes have different rules. Sometimes they take compatibility tests or whatever. Different levels of intimacy are also more effective than others. So like hugging usually works better than holding hands, etc. Smut manhwa use this as an excuse for the guide and the esper to have obligatory sex because why the hell not.
The other big plot device is that the esper, who is almost always a super awesome and handsome S-class dude, feels like vomiting when guided by any other guide except our main character. And that’s how they fall in love. And imprint. Yeah. They can imprint. Imprinting means the esper and guide can only trade energies with each other. The esper can’t receive guiding from anyone else and the guide can’t guide another esper.
Anyway, it’s similar to omegaverse with more dungeons and action(if we're lucky)

It's a world where some people have powers that are called espers (I think that's how u spell it-) these espers fight monsters (I think) and there are some people that are guides that heal their esper when they are injured, and the rest of the population...I think they're just regular human beings. I only know just of it. But I'm pretty sure there's more meaning to the guideverse
What the fuck is a guideverse
