not quite. although the miscarriage led to his realization, taeju wants to end it because it was his fault that our boy got pregnant in the first place. in past chapters, during taeju’s rut, he raped him. in the chapter 96, (as of current) there were flashbacks leading up to the end of the chapter.
taeju expresses immense regret, hense why he was seemingly “melting.” in his eyes, euhiyun (i think thats how you spell his name..) never forgave him, and he believes that he hates him for what he’d done. however, i dont believe that to be the case. euhiyun had forgiven taeju leading up to the final panels right before the miscarriage.
so, in my humble opinion, taeju wanted to end the relationship out of regret that he’d knocked him up, especially the fact that he raped him. the miscarriage was just a breaking point.
Taeju did raped euhiyun causing to get him pregnant so that's why Taeju want to end it ok I understand now thank you for explaining
