There's a theory that that wasn't her that it was Orisis. My theory is perhaps it was her, buuuuut she loved Orisis AND Seth because of the mirror. I read the beginning chapters and I remember Seth being told that Nephthys only married him because it would lead to peace and that it was the best thing to do at the time.
