But that's the appeal of the story, it's supposed to be mysterious. This is probably going down the route of MC has amnesia and is trying to remember who kidnapped him and why. Which is why they're showing snips of the MC's memories as he tries to deduce who would do this to him.

that certain someone explained to us that the book is like a diary from the seme's childhood self (because the words were written in a childlike manner) and that he was already obsessing about MC since high school. Inside the book are different dates and in each date the seme gets to rape the MC.
seriously though. I really want to know the backstory of this one. and why that seme there is an emotionless asshole
