Huh im really starting to dislike him more and more and while reading the story i realized that the the FL and Helena from Kill the Villainess have many similarities: 1. Both of them are beautiful young commoner women who due to unfortunate lives start working for powerful men. During that time they treat them with the most basic human curtosy, and cause no one has treated them like that before they fall in love with the FL's. 2.Both of them have someone they have to take care of for the FL it's her sister and for Helena it's her mother 3. Because they are being favored by the men around them, they are both facing criticism by others around them, but the guys are like fuck your reputation and honor you should stay by my side no matter what. 4. Again cause the men "love them", they have to live by their rules, cause they only want what's the best for them without asking if they want the same things. We have seen that both FL's take pride i their work, and they never try to avoid any tasks that are given to them but "the men" don't want them to work, cause why work when you can be by my side the whole day and smile, and if they refuse to come to them when they are called other people have to suffer for it (example: when Helena refuses to go when the prince calls her to a tea party until she is finished with her work, he takes it out on others cause how dare she refuse him, that makes others avoid Helena cause she is getting special treatment when she is a maid just like them, and cause of that she has no friends). These guys are only using the FL's to boost their ego, and act like they know what they want and think, but it's just them forcing thier thoughts on these girls who have no choise but to obey them. These girls are put in situations they never asked for and when they finally say "Hey i don't want any of this" these guys get suprised pikachu faced and are like b-b-but i did everything for you cause i love you, i mean just cause you love them doesen't mean that they have to change their whole life for you, and experience all sorts of humiliaton, bullying and being called a whore who sold her body, being locked up and not allowed to live their lives how they want basicaly living in a golden cage left to wither away while waiting for their owners to show up. One of the things that i don't understand is, if the duke gave the FL a title how is it possible that they never went to the king to introduce her as a new noble, you would think they would have to do something as important as that? 5. Last but not least the men that the are entangeld with are engaged or soon to be engaged so not only are they being disrespectful to their brides to be, but also to the women they "love" cause in the eyes of others they are going to be seen like cheap women who seduced men that are already taken, and honestly even if the bride to be is a kind person, no woman would stand to live with someone who is a potential misstress to her husband, and look at that a new problem has been created. Many of these things could have been avoided only if they communicated, but they are too busy scheming and making their life more complicated to do that.
