I believe it's called "smiling eyes" or aegyo sal! Apparently it's a trend in korea because it makes an individual look younger, I have them myself actually uwu

i also thought it was weird at first, but once u start seeing those ulzzangs all over ig u start to find it cute. i use to put concealer on mine cause i thought they made me look tired, now i like them haha
