Spoiler: divorce
and basically the emperor deimos (trash husband) divorces fl bc in 5 years of marriage she refused to snu, fl was happy to be finally free from him and the mistress but at the end of the trial trash ex husband makes her the grand duchess and declares she will have to stay in a palace that is actually very run down and she's prohibited to leave


Spoiler: Mistress/new empress(?)
Some chapter later fl has escaped thanks to ml and his sister (or cousin, mtl was unclear) and a spirit messanger of the suin goddess told her she was the true partner of the emperor but the mistress faked the engraving to take her place
In the meantime the mistress is in the palace struggling with the empress duties now fallen onto her since fl ran away (lmao karma)


Spoiler: Secret of birth
Deimos is actually an illegitimate child of the previous emperor with a snow fox lady, the empress had given birth too but her child was born dead and she slowly became suicidal
The emperor then took the illegitimate child and gave him to the empress who believed it was her child going back to her, she stopped self harming too but since the emperor broke the duty of wolves to have only 1 companion the goddess cursed deimos to become mad as punishment


Spoiler: Ml/Grand duke roxane
He and fl marry but the marriage is not 100% recognized since the trash wants fl back
Also he was the legitimate son of the emperor and empress and his real name is claude roxane, his identity is revealed in the end when he is crowned emperor


Spoiler: End of trash ex and mistress
When the trash is having one of his episodes of madness suddenly fl's name appears on his arm, in that moment he understands that the mistress lied to him and his real soulmate was fl
At this point mistress is already pregnant but he is ruthless and imprisons her in a tower where she is left to die
I skipped some chapters but in the end there is a funeral for both the trash and the mistress so trash is probably killed by ml


Spoiler: Ending
Ml is crowned emperor and fl is again the empress, later on they have 2 kids, a son (drohan) and a daughter (ehri)
