I forgot he saw Suzuki's brain and became infected with parts of him so his actions make a little bit more sense, but not all of them!
I think the similar looking person thing is pretty much the authors theme (I mean look at Kaguya-hime, it´s about clones) Also her way of writing relationship is always a lil confusing...
Chapter 11 makes me really excited for Himitsu - Season 0, hope that eventually gets scanlated and we eventually get to see more Maki solve cases after Suzuki and before Aoki. It was nice seeing Maki interact with someone besides Aoki.
Gonna ramble a bit, as much as I like Himitsu I've always been bothered by Aoki, the constant comparing him to Suzuki and how he actually seems to be trying to live Suzuki's life between being partnered with Maki and falling for Suzuki's ex bothers me. Was it really necessary to make him so similar? And who proposes like that, it's like he lost his mind ever since he met her? And does he seriously not understand she has a lot of pride so his actions are spitting all over it? Worst part is I really liked the ex when she appeared, but now she seems incompetent at her job and the whole twist with her feelings for Maki is just depressing.
