So basically her father has been plotting againts Rupert from the very beginning. Not just him but most of the Royals. She is actually the daughter of a previous king who was loved by his subjects but wasn’t a great king (my understanding) so he raised her as his own planning to married her off to his son her “brother” whom apparently has feelings for her. So in the past life she was executed for her ‘fathers’ treason againts Rupert as well as the crime of being the previous king daughter I hope this somewhat helps
