Kei has never been happy his entire life because he didn't know what love or affection meant. He only knew what ojisan did to him and what his parents did, they made him broken and suffering.
Yui has after all had a semi-normal life, except for the encounter with kei. He was unsatisfied and lonely, but not entirely unhappy, at least not as much as kei. I think that the one who deserves to finally be happy in this story is Kei
I don't know how I feel. I'm happy Kei isn't molesting any more children and in a relationship w an adult but. But I don't necessarily want him to be happy. I want Yui to be happy. He hasn't done anything wrong.
