It was just a section of the country that was transported into the streaming god world. Everyone else was just outside of that area and couldn’t get in and didn’t know what happened. So yeah pretty much everything is normal rn
Not necessarily, I think the scenarios were only in certain domed off places in the world while everywhere else didn’t know about what was happening inside, but now that they left Seoul the scenarios r also expanding outside the dome too

Up till now, every capital of the world was cut off in a dome, so we saw the events of Seoul’s dome. Now that they broke Seoul’s Dome, they will have to face other problems of bigger status, and in the whole world. Dokja mentions it when they are with the very small people, where they meet some people from Japan’s Dome.
