i enjoy twisted shit and its like a forbidden pleasure for me. I know its fiction and all, vut this story is getting my blood boiling. The "he has to go through what i had to" is total bs, when you know that main bottom has also suffered alot. Yes he left him there, and its valid to go delusional when you're that hurt, but from a narrative standpoint its like trying to justify his every action. Its not even like top has to suffer through what bottom suffered and what pisses me more of isn't this train wreck of a plot, but the fact they will go happy go lucky after Eugene tells bottom that he is mido. Like no repercussion for what the top did, no nuance. Ik its hipocritical to want nuance in a smut bl, but it's about a sensitive topic and it should be treated as such.
Like instead of wanting them together I'm left wishing death upon the top, hoping he will also suffer more or the same thing bottom had to suffer in his youth. Idk if im physically able to keep going. With each chapter im getting more and more annoyed and angry at the story, the narrative and the top. If you want to tell a fucked up story, at least make shit fair
I honestly don't want to justify anything mido has been doing since i also hate his guts, but considering how dependent he was on the MC and how even MC made him kinda dependent on him, i can understand why at 14, he would've been blinded by rage and disappointment at how the MC didn't show up at that time. Since in his mind, the MC was the one that always either saved him or solved his problems. I feel like he also has previous abandonment issues from his parents and saw the fact that MC wasn't coming, same as with what happened with his mom.
Plus with what happened while he was waiting at the bus station, considering how he had to run away and go through some things like SA (which i think was implied or directly told), having to face his problems without jichan even though jichan was always there solving his problems previously, i can understand why he struggled way more than he probably would've without jichan. Added with just in general hard life, honestly i dunno if i missed when he was saved but if he had to go through all of that in span of 1 year, then i can imagine how he was just a naive child exposed to cruel world, so he hated the first person who exposed him to that and then "abandon him" (just like his mom did). And it's jichan in this case...
Though this is my interpretation only, i actually think the real villain is the pastor who couldn't just open his mouth and just tell jichan that the perspn who wanted to adopt mido was a good person ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

I would say the same but the MC is a grown ass man who clearly developed a moral compass considering he helps omegas and donates to the orphanage.
There is absolutely no reason for him to think rape, abuse etc etc is justifiable as some sort of revenge when he could’ve literally moved on a chose happiness. Mans had all the money in the world, he actually made it in life, but still chose to revel in his own self pity and make other people suffer with him. I can’t even hate on an MC like that he’s just pathetic. If you’re going to make a villain make a good one.
I understand where you are coming from but I’m judging the MC when he became an adult not when he was 14. No child should go through such things but currently he is portrayed as a rich director, a dominant alpha. He should have some reasoning but instead of that he became so pathetic, he is punishing the wrong person.

I also agree with your point but as far as i hate to admit it i just wanted to see it more as "at least author is trying to make a type of a traumatised perspn who couldn't overcome his trauma and chose to act in an impulsive and petty way" rather than "i created this top! And he HATES bottom, why? Because of some misunderstanding from his childhood to which he never got therapy for" ╥﹏╥and i agree, the thing is definitely written poorly
It's hard to find good BLs with great ML villains whose auctions can be justified honestly, and i agree, as much as one can talk about trauma, ML still bad the resources to overcome it. One thing i forgot to mention in my og comment was how even jichan got rich and maybe ML found him being this rich person but not reaching out to him, but honestly firstly it just doesn't justify shii and isn't even proven （/TДT)/ i absolutely agree with your points btw!!!

I personally do not mind reading dark and fucked up stories sometimes. But this one (aside from some things occurred VERY fast, like the side character falling in love with jichan) lacked logic and consistency(⊙…⊙ )
As an adult ass Seo Mido, has he ever considered that maybe a 17 yo child also didn’t had the perfect runaway plan and he is also under the responsibility of the orphanage and has no power? Like I’m sorry terrible things happened to you but the person you were relying on was an another underage kid. I could think 15637485 different things that happened and prevented him to come pick mido up. How could he get to this conclusion and do terrible/disgusting things to this person (who used to show him nothing but kindness) as an adult?
There is no emotional growth, it just feels like they are going back and forth which lead me to think the characters don’t act consistent.
