if you ever studied spanish, the vowels are pronounced pretty much the same in spanish as in japanese.
man-ga, both a-sounds are like the a-sound in "father"
se-me, the e-sounds are similar to the vowel sound in "dread"
u-ke, the u-sound is like the vowel sound in "food", the e is same as in seme

Pretty sure "manga" and "uke" are wrong.

I think Uke is read Ooh-kay (the Ooh read as the oo in food). If it is read as yuuke, then it will be written as yuke instead as uke. The mah-guh one made me giggle; it's really cute now that we write it that way. ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ Mah-guh (with a soft 'n' sound between) is literally how we read it tho.
