UnwantedHero means that he/she commented earlier that he/she thought the plot would take a certain turn, and the story has turned out exactly as he/she predicted. In this case, it is that the brother would be the "rat" that MC is currently trying to draw out. Hope that helps! (⌒▽⌒)
