In the recent chapter FL did mention about saving him and was mad that in return her eyes got taken..but we rly dont remember that scene of when or how she saved him lol
I think it was another spirit that she saved or befriended. She didn't save any spirit actually, she befriended that one in the mine.
If my sight got taken and I was yeeted out of the sky and If I were somebody else I would have held a grudge
