Because seme is not the entirety of this manhwa. There's MC who's life is the main focus of storyline. Even if that most likely seme is the end game, people can't help but having expectation. People stay for uke's story not seme's. Therefore they read this while bashing the hell out of that piece of trash. You don't think that people seriously read this for that shitty seme, are you?
I read this BL for the story not exclusively for the uke. If I truly hate the plot or a character then I just drop the story and read one that I truly enjoy. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
