I just went back to the novel and right now we're at about ch 60 novel wise. End of arc 3

And they kiss about ch 92 novel wise. End of arc 4

So about 30 novel chapters

Wait so that means there's about 2 manhua chapters for every 1 novel chapter, so there's about 60 manhua chapters til that scene. There's 52 weeks in a year, so it'll take over a year for it to come (that is without it's usual hiatuses and breaks), so it'll take close to a year and a half???

And there's about 160 chs in the novel meaning it will take about 4 years to be fully completed

I started reading this at the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022 and I'm just now catching up to it. The wait must have been horrible for people who were keeping up on it this whole time

I was hella confused about what was going on back then so years later (present time) I am reading the novel so I could understand. The novel does a much better job at explaining everything and it's also funny as hell. I'm about 120 something chapters in tho

I read it once in 2022 took me 9 days to finish it though I wouldn't say the chapters are that long . The novel was a masterpiece and I personally feel like the manhua is doing it justice because the manhua is turning out exactly how one would imagine reading the(highly detailed) chapters of the novel (I love Qin Jiu from when he was an examinee/new examiner and the fact that the GI was a mistake ).. ヾ(☆▽☆)

The actual depictions of the MCs and other characters are so much better than what I had imagined (don't get me started on Z, absolute beauty!)
Can't wait for the finale!
