I thought that too, but now that I read back I noticed that Hyo-Uns personality right before the past-life memory flashback started was already quite similar to mid and post past-life flashback. But compared to Hyo‐UNS gloomy, angry, depressive character at the start of the story, than yes a major switch. End the end I find it to be a welcomed switch in personality
agreed, I also dislike the fact that they pretty much had a father/son relationship in his past life even if he wasn’t a literal child. It just feels off to me all personal preference tho
honestly i liked it better before the dragon got his old personality back. the dynamic is so weird now.
