I think they were talking about the original translation and not the official one. That one isn't one of the worst I've read but it isn't one of the best either. For example, the translator often exchanges little sister for little brother when talking about Larisa. These type of small mistakes could make people mad
I have no idea why some people write about a bad translation. It's completely untrue, the translation is great! And it's an official translation, you know?
Second thing - it's also not true that the art is getting worse. It's quite the opposite - at the beginning it looked so-so, and now the art is much nicer, the characters are beautifully drawn.
Overall, the story is good, it's well written and original, and the art is beautiful. I highly recommend it
