I mean in shoujo mangas its practically decided that even if the ml is a jerk he will get a girlfriend and to be honest Tadano didn't even thought about having komi-san as his girlfriend he literally thought that he wasn't in the same league as her and you don't need any tips from tadano because he basically was just being himself through out the whole manga I would say just be yourself and be loyal if you want a gf
