I literally just re-reading it from the beginning again for the 31st time and....................................dayum like 60% of what he puts into this relationship is anxiety and insecurity but damn he fine. i think what author was hoping to show is the usual "you have to love yourself to love someone else" but that you dont have to do it alone and do it together with someone because there are people who will gladly take half of our problems and things that keep us awake at night just to help us
I do see growth from both sides, they each have their own worries and struggles. Isn't it so freakin crazy the amount of healthy communication that went down in this story?
its fr a beautiful story and i love that its representing how a lot of people are this insecure and only realize it when they enter a relationship even if they are like "body goals", pretty and confident looking, theyre having sensitive conversations and resolving them as adults rather than having tantrums and fights over the smallest things that can be fixed together
