I think the version of Matthew Jin wanted to protect doesn’t exist anymore and Jin is slowly realizing that. Jin deserves better than all of them he’s too good for them and I hate that he’s so self- deprecating he doesn’t see it. Even though he doesn’t always make good choices he has a good heart.
I feel so bad for Jin, he’s been through a lot, the sacrifices he made, the aftereffects of the choices that will forever haunt him, the connection he has with terrible people that he can’t sever… man, he needs a clean break, a total breather
damn, Jin moaning “Boss” implying Brandon also hurt me ngl but Matthew, oh Matthew, you have no idea how high a priority you are to Jin, you have always been his first choice it’s just, it started going downhill for Jin ever since meeting Brandon, the drugs man… it’s the drugs!!
