What bothers me is that ML is kinda… super duper vigilant, string pulling, controlling, withholding and gate keeping even for small matters when the MC’s life is not under threat
So like that bothers me and I wonder where the line lies for him, y’know, up till where he’d go and what kind of boundaries he would still respect or not
Because it’s one thing to withhold and pull the strings to keep the MC safe from threats that are coming from everywhere
And it’s another to misuse your influence on the small matters and get that upper hand
And there’s so much of himself that he’s not showing. It’s okay and acceptable to some extent given the situation, but imagine liking a person, an alpha, sure, but not knowing the extent of his influence and his role in your own life and not knowing how easily and willingly he can go about killing and removing people around you D:
