In some other sites the English version is more updated. And yes, the doctor gives him the wrong medicine, and he starts craving chicken and gets nauseous. HE still too thickheaded to notice, but it's headed towards that direction (or his body is becoming more omega).

I also forgot the one important detail. He smelled alcohol and felt nauseous, so he didn't drink it. So that's probably why people think he is pregnant. The other translation is juts a few episodes ahead, so it's not that far away.
I do hope he doesn't not ran away and raises the child on his own. I hate when mangas do that, when the other person is clearly getting in love.

ok, in these days I saw some comments below where they said that he gets pregnant and that he will raise the child alone, I don't know where you saw this from but I decided to watch the raw to be sure, and I assure you that there is nothing that makes you think of a child or that he wants to raise it alone, I think you confused two manhwa or whoever did the edit just wanted to draw attention to the video.
