The new guy is Ken's childhood friend before he moved and met Kirara. The new guy wants to be friends with Ken again. Ken told him to forget it and leave him alone. Kirara asked if the new guy knows Aniki and he gave an odd reaction. If anything, then probably a ship between Aniki and the new guy.

Am I the only one who thinks the new guy doesn't has romantic feelings towards Ken just like he hasn't for Kirara? I was looking at the raws and he didn't look infatuated at all, just really interested in Ken for some reason. I have this crazy theory he is son of Ken's father's boyfriend, I mean he could have been married and had a kid too? Maybe I'm reaching but I really don't feel he is there to persuade Ken, he is already popular he doesn't need it. Even Kirara already has the creepy dude plus Ken dies of jealously of his brother... Dunno just my thoughts
