Just a reminder: this is a gag manga published in a Josei magazine/pix general, it's not technically a BL series (it's considered a parody or genre dissection).
Also, I don't think MC is aro/ace at all. He's literally said he likes big boobs, wants a girlfriend, and wants to give his parents grandkids. It's more like he's resigned to the world's power, not that he doesn't wanna date a cute girl.
