So far, not exactly. There are some male characters who flirt with other male characters. But it's pretty much just background stuff inserted for comedy and fanservice it seems. The MC shows zero romantic or sexual interest in anyone.
And I'm pretty sure that stuff doesn't even happen until halfway through, which kind of supports the theory that it's just fanservice.
The lightnovel is apparently shounen ai. so who knows the story isn't anywhere near over yet.
